I Wish You Could Be Sitting Here Next To Me

I started school again two weeks ago.
I'm a commuter which has its benefits, but also its disadvantages.

Unfortunately: I now have to wake up at 530am every morning, have a 45 minute drive each way (every day) and juggle studying/working 2 jobs/attending classes/being in a band.
Luckily: I get to finish up the two years left for my degree, attend a great school with a beautiful campus, see the beginning of the day, save money, learn, and listen to a bunch of episodes of This American Life.

Needless to say I'm exhausted, but I'm trying to keep my blog from falling by the wayside, so here are some recent instagrams I've snapped (except for the 3 Ben took)!

Hannah's Highlights:

Having a day to myself to enjoy my workspace & editing photos - a perfect Sunday afternoon!

Making a trip to the mall to buy school clothes.*
*This was just the excuse I used to justify buying myself clothes I don't need.

Spotting giant furbies hangin' on campus.

Eating a piece from the biggest cake I've ever seen (at work).

Having a date night at my favorite movie theatre with my favorite boy.

Recording some parts on our new songs (for our new album)!

Eating crepes at my favorite restaurant and catching up with one of my greatest friends, Cierra.

Seeing dinos palin' around.

Attending the Girls Rock! fundraising show/brawl and getting our faces painted. Loads of fun!

Welcoming Winter's beautiful, belated arrival.

Discovering my newest favorite comfy outfit!

Lighting Fire Crackers Off On The Front Lawn

Historically speaking, I'm not very good at following through with New Year's resolutions (or even making them in the first place).

This year I hope to - and so far, so good.

My resolution is to blog once a week.

I bought a cute notebook just for blog ideas/planning/inspiration.

I've found it's nice to have a goal for blogging, and a place to store all my future posts.

New Year's Eve was great. We ended up hosting a party that sort of came together last minute. Our apartment was filled with great friends and food. I got so caught up in hosting that I barely took any photos, which is a bummer. Luckily, Ben took some for the both of us.

I love this instagram Ben got!

I did, however, drunkenly document some sparklers and fireworks that Cheryl shared with everyone from her forgotten stash.
